Some outdoor facilities are only open for use during the summer season. Depending on weather conditions, availability may vary between 7-15 days (earlier or later).
Boys aged 6 and above are not allowed in women-only designated facilities. Girls aged 6 and above are not allowed in men-only designated facilities.

Pets are not allowed.
In case of late checkout, if departure is made between 14:00-18:00, an additional fee of 50% of the daily rate may be charged, and if departure is after 21:00, the full daily rate may be collected.
In case of force majeure, the hotel will only refund in the case of travel restrictions to Turkey and inability to operate. In any other circumstance, normal cancellation policy will apply.
In case of guest complaints, guests must report to the reception during their stay; formal complaints made after checkout will not be accepted.
For domestic bookings, the hotel requests the HES code upon arrival, which can be easily obtained from the "Hayat Eve Sığar" application.
As a family hotel, single or only male group reservations are not accepted.
During the month of Ramadan, the hotel operates with All-Inclusive (Suhoor & Iftar) options.
